Air Blow Type DC Static Eliminator ITI-02

The newly designed fan guard enables quick static elimination even at a distance.

The newly developed D.I.C circuit maintains a constant ion balance and consistant quantity
of generated ions. The frequency of maintenance can thus be significantly reduced. The front
fan guard can be removed in a single motion, facilitating access and maintenance for
electrodes and nearby parts.

At power up, the static eliminator motifies the user when the next maintenance is due.
D.I.C (double ion control) refers to a circuit that controls both the ion balance and the quantity of
generated ions to constantly provide static elimination in the most appropriate way.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Air Blow Type AC Ionizer LFA-03B

Features
- Electrode Needle : Employs inconel, a material generating little dust suitable for class-100 clean room.
- Air direction Fin : An Air direction fin is provided on the front which directs air upward to blow ions to
a distance (up to 1m from the device)
- Fan VR : Flow rate control can be exerted by the volume control provided on the front panel.
- Display and Alarm : The CLEAN BALANCE lamp on the front panel glow green on power turn-on.
If the ion balance is lost or if the electrode becomes stained, the color of the light changes from
orange to red and the alarm buzzer sounds. In the term “CLEAN BALANCE” “CLEAN” refers to the
degree of contamination of the electrode and “BALANCE” refer to the balance of ions.
- Electrode Cleaning : The air direction fin and net can be removed by one-touch simple action for
maintenance.
- Safety Device : The high voltage shall be off when the air direction fin and net are taken off at the
electrode cleaning.
